- Can I switch tiers anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
- What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?
- We accept payment in RLUSD on the XRPL. You pay NETTEN's Commerce Wallet directly. Non-custodial throughout.
- Do you charge per transaction or a subscription?
- Both. The percentage fee covers transaction processing and reward distribution. The subscription unlocks Pro and Elite features.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your account stays active until the end of your paid period. After that, you drop to Free tier and lose access to Pro and Elite features but retain all your data.
- Is there a contract?
- No contracts. Monthly billing. Cancel anytime.
- Where does my money actually go?
- Self-custodial. Customer payments land directly in your XRPL wallet. NETTEN never holds your funds. Our fee comes off the top before settlement.
