Why I Built NETTEN

I've freelanced, consulted, and built for clients across the world. The work was never the hard part. Getting paid for it was.

Between processing fees, currency conversion, and the banks sitting in the middle, close to 10% of what I earned never actually reached me. And what did reach me came slow, days or weeks waiting on money I'd already worked for. That number was never a line on an invoice. It was the cost of doing business the old way. Capital that should have gone back into my tools, my business, my life, quietly vanishing into fees I never agreed to.

The strange part is that the technology to fix this already existed. Money can settle in seconds. It can hold a steady dollar value. It can even pay you back the more you use it. That future was already here. It just hadn't been built for the people who needed it most.
